How Do I Order?

Check the Status of an Order
To check the status of your order, just log-in to your Account. You will also receive an order confirmation email after checkout, and a shipping confirmation email once your item ships. Be sure to check your spam folder if these emails aren’t received.
How to Modify/Cancel an Order
If you’ve placed an order online and it hasn’t shipped yet, contact us on through our Live Chat feature on the lower right of this site during normal business hours (9 am–5 pm CST). Or contact us and we’ll make every effort to fulfill your request.

How Long Will It Take for My Order to Ship?
All Standard Ground orders usually arrive between 2-7 business days (for Hawaii and Alaska, please allow up to 14 business days). Please allow up to three days for your order to be processed. Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number after your order is shipped. If for some reason after tracking your order has still not arrive, please contact us through our Live Chat feature on the lower right of this site during normal business hours (9 am–5 pm CST). How Do I Make a Return or Exchange?
To make a return or exchange, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page. Enter your order information and we will email you additional return instructions, as well as a pre-paid return shipping label if you contact us within 30 days of purchase.
